Main: Cider Braised Short Ribs over Herb & Cheese Polenta paired with Hogsback Dry-Hopped Cider

Honey Glazed Pork Belly over Sun-Dried Tomato & Cider Risotto Paired with Chalet Rosé Cider

Dessert: Poached Pear Vol au Vents with a Cider Caramel Sauce paired with Maple Bourbon Cider
